NOT ALL HEROES WEAR CAPES!
From 8th – 12th February, as part of the Leicester-shire and Rutland Sport (LRS) Miles More Together challenge, LRS staff and Castle Donington community members Geoff Maltby and Luke Green ran around the streets of Donington, collecting donations of food or household products left out by generous residents. These items have been donated to the local village foodbanks at our school, as well as St Edwards Church.
At Orchard, we have been overwhelmed by their hard work, energy (!) and commitment, and can’t thank them enough.
